We are well past the middle of this month-long 31 days of our self-care journey.
By reading the posts each day and doing the exercises, we’ve had an opportunity to really take this self-care idea seriously. Taking notes and reflecting on what we’ve written helps urge us along when we don’t feel up to the task.

For this moment stop.
Just breathe.
Be still.
Say to yourself – “I’m here. I’m present. I’m listening.”
Hold the stillness.
